| WA provided architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering design services for the development of a new Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Maintenance Facility to be located in South Miami Heights. The facility to be built on a 17.5 acre site consists of approximately 126,000 SF of new construction encompassing administration offices, maintenance shops, warehouse and storage areas and a maintenance garage. In addition, the facility will include a fleet vehicle fueling facility, extended parking for trucks and vehicles as well as an exterior storage yard for construction materials. |
