WA served as the Architect and Engineer of Record for the redevelopment of a 700,000 SF urban retail complex. The improvements were coordinated with the City of South Miami and its Hometown Plan. The expansion included an addition to the existing parking garage creating a 580,000 SF, eight-level structure for 1,700 parking spaces.
