| WA provided complete architecture and engineering services for the design of the Partial Replacement Phase I of Southwest Miami High School. The project includes a new two-story vocational classroom building for approximately 257 students and remodeling and conversion of Building 2 from art labs to JROTC classroom for 90 student stations. Renovations to the main electrical room and parking lot expansion were also included in the scope. The buildings are designed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Schools rating system. |
