The Santa Clara Apartments provides affordable family rental housing. Phase I consisted of a nine-story building with 208 units ranging from 635 SF to 1,120 SF and surface parking. The complex also features a community center, library, exercise room and a car-care area. Phase II consisted of a 17-story building with 204 units occupying more than 194,000 SF of gross rentable space above a multilevel parking garage with the ground floor dedicated to transit parking, in direct proximity to the Santa Clara Phase I project and the Santa Clara Metrorail station.
