| WA provided complete architectural and engineering services for this project consisting of a 458,000 SF mixed-used apartment complex with 402 apartments on a 6.81-acre parcel, in a prominent site located on Red Road. The development includes 12,000 SF of retail space, and a 368,000 SF, 950-car parking garage. The scope of services includes Conceptual Design/Zoning Submittals incorporating comments, suggestions and design modifications to the project. The project was Master Planned and developed originally by the University of Miami prior to procurement by a private developer. |
