| WA is providing complete architecture and engineering services for a new property management yard and facility for the City of Miami Beach. The 17,500 SF facility is to accommodate approximately 73 employees and will include administration offices, conference room, kitchen, and workshops with industrial grade equipment for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry trades. Warehousing and distribution for city wide equipment and components stored indoors and in a secured service yard is also included. The project will be designed to satisfy LEED accreditation, “Sliver” minimum and have provisions for operations after a natural disaster. |
