WA is providing complete architecture and engineering services for a new parking garage and administrative offices for The Palms Hotel in Miami Beach, FL. The garage is a five level, 95,250 SF structure with 297 parking spaces. The administrative offices are on the ground floor and are approximately 2,700 SF.

The building’s facades incorporate a perforated metal skin cantilevered 24” from the building’s structure. The skin conceals the building’s openings and thus the parked vehicles. The metal skin at this elevation also features the hotel’s palm leaf logo as a subtle graphic art across the front façade.
