Nestled amidst the lush tropical foliage of Florida’s west coast overlooking Fort Myers’ famed Caloosahatchee River, WA designed three, 32-story condominium towers for The Related Group of Florida on a tropical 17-acre site. To date two of the towers have been built.
The development consists of 1,054, one, two and three bedroom units and 23, two bedroom townhouse units. The two- and three-bedroom residences, which range from 1,000 to 1,850 SF, feature floor-to-ceiling windows with glass railing balconies, marble and granite countertops, walk-in closets, stainless steel or wood-paneled top-of-the-line appliances, state-of-the-art designer finishes, imported Italian cabinetry and high-speed Internet service. Oasis features access to the river via a marina with wet slips, a boat ramp, kayak and canoe storage, five infinity edge swimming pools, a tennis center with pro shop, and a boardwalk along the waterfront area. The development also features a 15,000 SF, multi-level clubhouse with tenant amenities including a health club and spa, game rooms, lounge, kitchen, dining areas, library, private movie theater, meeting rooms, and other entertainment areas. |
