| WA provided architectural, engineering and interior design services for a 37-acre development consisting of 262,500 SF of retail space, restaurants, a megaplex movie theater with stadium seating, and other entertainment activities. Nova Southeastern occupied 80,000 SF of the building and included 46 classrooms, offices and conference areas, training rooms, computer labs, video suites, and parking for more than 500 cars. The facility houses more than ten of the schools undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs. The development plan also included a four-story office building which subsequently was leased to Nova University and WA was then retained by Nova to design the interior improvements. |
