| WA provided architectural and engineering services for the 100,000 SF university building located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The project consisted of tenant improvements to office space, including admissions, financial aid, student support, finance, student accounts and academic leaders’ offices. The building also includes a full-service kitchen and an employee cafeteria for 1,400 people, a sundry store, and video conferencing capabilities and a state-of-the-art Data Center including self sustaining capabilities for complete building operations for seven days. |
