| WA provided programming, planning, architecture and engineering services for a new light vehicle maintenance facility for Miami-Dade County with 28 service bays, a 167,000 SF parking garage for approximately 475 cars and 31,000 SF of general administrative office space. Total building area is approximately 252,000 GSF. The facility will have an adjacent fueling island and emergency back-up system to allow for operations after a storm event. This building is registered to receive LEED Silver certification. |
