| WA was selected to provide architecture and engineering services for a new vehicle maintenance and public works facility for the City of Doral. The facility is approximately 31,527 SF including a vehicle wash and fueling facility to accommodate six trolleys and approximately 120 city owned vehicles. There is 12,000 SF of administrative office space that includes storage, break rooms, distribution center, and other support areas. The vehicle maintenance wing has garage services bays for trolleys, city owned vehicles, and a bay for tire storage and repair. The bays include 18’ wide overhead doors as well as 23’ clear height ceilings to accommodate oversized vehicles. Scope of work includes an emergency generator for the entire building with 48 hours of diesel fuel. |
