| WA provided complete A/E services for the design and construction of the Cafetorium and other related facilities at the recently expanded Devon Aire K-8 school in Miami-Dade County. The scope of services included the design of a state-of-the-art food preparation and serving lines, including dry storage, a freezer and cooler, dining area with a capacity of 400 students; a stage with dressing rooms, music and art classrooms with an art patio, instrument storage and the required mechanical/electrical spaces. The HVAC services included the design of a central chiller plant designed to accommodate not only the new Cafetorium and related facilities, but the rest of the campus as well. |
