WA provided architectural and engineering services for the design of a new 425,000 SF, multi-use, multi-level maintenance and storage facility to accommodate the City’s fleet maintenance and storage operations. The old facility, located in Coral Gables, used to house several of the City’s departments and divisions including automotive parking, public service, public works, and purchasing. The general objective of this project was to create an efficient, modern, “state-of-the-art” facility to meet the City’s existing and future needs with the possibility of expansion.
