| WA provided project management, architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil engineering services for the development of construction documents for a predominantly four-story shell building addition and expansion to the existing terminal building encompassing approximately 825,000 square feet of new construction, including all associated building utility infra-structure necessary to support intended future development as an airline terminal facility, as part of American Airlines’ World Gateway Terminal at Miami International Airport. In addition to the base building shell and related enclosure, the project also includes complete design and construction documents for base building utility services and interior infra-structure systems. |
