| WA was responsible for the master planning and complete architectural and engineering design of a 10 building complex to provide comprehensive service, from preventative maintenance to major overhaul of the entire County fleet of more than 1,800 vehicles. The facilities include a 50,000 SF main maintenance building with specialized shops, including welding and body, painting, tire, upholstery, engine rebuilding facilities, as well as overhead bridge cranes and monorail cranes serving the entire building. The complex also includes warehousing, operations and administrative facilities, satellite fueling islands, wash racks, a construction shed and vehicle storage. |
