| WA provided full architectural and engineering services for the design of the mixed-use project. Boca Grand is a residential and retail development constructed in classic Mediterranean style. The primary occupants are the residential apartments that occupy the uppermost eight floors and house a total of 164 units. The development consists of 24,000 SF of retail space and an adjoining 159,120 SF parking garage accommodating approximately 370 parking spaces. Amenities include a landscaped sundeck with heated pool and spa, a fully equipped fitness center, a clubhouse with lounge and billiards table and a full-service business center. |
