WA provided complete architectural and engineering services for the relocation of the BMI Companies to a new Class “A” office building in Downtown Dadeland. The scope of work included tenant improvements and interior renovations to the 23rd and 24th floors, totaling 34,000 SF and auxiliary air conditioning system.
