| A design-build project, the two-story, state-of-the-art facility sits on a 2.38-acre site surrounded by a canal on the north and the new City of Aventura Community Center to the east. In addition to the 25 general-purpose classrooms, the school houses a media center/computer lab, a science /gifted program classroom and a music room. The onsite cafeteria is designed to provide an alternate use for the school‘s multi-purpose room, accommodating approximately 200 seats. In an areement with the City of Aventura, the kindergarten through fifth grade, 600 student, elementary school will benefit by using the Community Center amenities such as, indoor basketball/volleyball courts and the multi-purpose rooms. |
