WA has been commissioned by Seminole/Stiles to design the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s new cultural center in Big Cypress Swamp. The two-story 12,000 SF cultural center is configured with two buildings connected by a ceremonial atrium. The buildings will house a historical preservation office, additional offices, an Archaeological lab, recording studio and photography lab as well as a special storage area for the centers collection. There is also a special tribal gather chickee for tribal members. |
